On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the international conference Acoustics 2026: 72nd Open Seminar on Acoustics united with 39th Symposium on Hydroacoustics, we would like to invite you to consider supporting our event, which will take place on September 14 - 18 in Krynica Morska, Poland. This is the only event of its kind in Poland, gathering scientists and practitioners specializing in all branches of acoustics.
Both the Open Seminar on Acoustics (OSA) and the Symposium on Hydroacoustics (SHA) are well-established, internationally recognized events with a long tradition. Together, they form a unique platform for exchanging knowledge on the latest advances across a wide range of acoustics disciplines. The conference focuses on both fundamental research and real-world applications, addressing challenges relevant to industry, culture, society, national security, and environmental protection—in both atmospheric and underwater environments. By bringing together leading researchers, engineers, technology providers, and industry representatives, the event creates a high-value space for knowledge transfer, innovation, and business collaboration.
The Acoustics 2026 is organized by Gdańsk Division of the Polish Acoustical Society, Committee on Acoustics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Oceanology of the Polish Academy of Sciences with the support of the Gdańsk University of Technology and the Departament of Geophysics of the University of Gdańsk.
